The silly season is just around the corner...this means mid week boozing sessions and rocking up to work with a death on a stick hangover.
I dont know about you, but i personally suffer from crippling hangovers.
Here are some pointers that have really helped me be able to semi function the next day at work after the last drink you remember drinking was some sort of shot that was on fire...(yes i am speaking from personal experience)

1. Make sure you drink a crapload of water when you get home!!
2. Take panadol before bed
3. Have a powerade handy (replace the electrolytes prevent dehydration)
4. Hit a bacon and egg roll on your way into the office
5. If your work has a sick bay go in there, lock the door and have a little power nap
6. If you get  to midday - hair of the dog at lunch, order a bloody mary
7. DO NOT CLOCK WATCH - this is seriously the worst thing you can do to yourself
8. Last but not least get yourself a nice greasy burger for lunch, it will help you make it through the afternoon!
