So yet another week has flown by, I actually don't know where this year has gone.
All I know is I am in saving mode for a huge trip to the states next year not only for my best friends wedding but to swing by NY and visit another friend whose birthday is actually today..happy birthday TX we miss you!!
Winter officially begins this weekend and I am going to celebrate by purchasing a fabulous pair of ankle boots.
Also need to get out of this shitty rut I am in and embrace winter and get back into fitness! (have been embarrassingly lazy)

Everyone is openly happy its the middle of the week!
Back on the exercise wagon and am feeling a million times better for it....no anxiety or stress...amazeballs what going for a run can do.

The weeks seem to be flying by at the moment, I can’t believe it is officially winter as of next week.
Not a lot to report apart from the fact I missed the voice and revenge last night and am quite upset about it. (First world problems)
Have decided I am going to save my ass off and take myself on a nice little holiday somewhere tropical. Also am going to do some charity work somewhere…so if anyone reading this knows of anywhere that needs volunteers let me know!

So I think everyone has that one friend that is in your group but you may not always see eye to eye, so rather than cause a big conflict you opt for the sitting back and trying to stay calm option.
I witnessed this the other day and These are some of the top tricks I can highly recommend to get you through that painful lunch or dinner.
* Bite your tongue
* Drink a LOT and hope you don’t snap – NB. Stay away from Gin and Tequila, basically all hard liquor
* You are probably feeling the same way as numerous others at the table-just be careful when kicking them after something idiotic is said, you don’t want to kick the wrong person.
* Remember you most likely only have to see this person once every few months, keep that smile on your face and repeat in your mind – it’s only once every 3 months.
* Lots of smiling and nodding are your best options – try not to speak because you might accidently get snappy.
* DON’T EVER agree to catch up with them alone- it is just not worth it.
* DON’T EVER see them close to devil week – this is simply a recipe for disaster.

Recently (I am blaming the fact it has been cold) I have been consuming a crapload of booze.
So this post will consist of a few of my fave restaurants and drinking holes for the winter hibernation period.
Basically the only places I like to go are places where I know I will feel comfortable and the wait / bar staff don't look down their noses at you and huff at your every request (even if it happens to be a drunken weird request)
Basically the places I like to go are all in walking or close cab proximity to my house so I could be a little biased with the following suggestions but I also highly advise you try for yourself and you won't be sorry.
This list is combined list of places i would go to eat then continue to drink...
* 10 William - amazeballs wines and seriously good food - simple but really tasty.
* El Loco - good mexican accompanied by seriously good margaritas. word of warning if you opt for the spicy margarita with the jalapeno DO NOT EAT IT!! will only result in your make up running as well as your nose.
* The Passage - Have been going here since it opened and is my favourite location for girls night- killer cocktail menu and also amazing food - not to mention the music that keeps one partictular friend of mine on Shazam all night long.
* Toko - Such good cocktails and amazeballs food
* Basically any pub around Paddington, London, Royal, Four in Hand - The Forresters in Surry Hills- Always nice in winter chilled out vibe and good pub food!

Happy Saturday!
I am currently in bed watching the hills loving my lazy Saturday morning...I am only awake because the people in the apartment above mine thought early morning construction is ok!
Today is jam packed I have brunch in bondi, bondi to bronte, a birthday lunch at the village, dinner with the girls and a whole lot more wine and Sunday drinks

This week has been an absolute blur, I started my new job and have felt like a crazy person for the last few days. I am now totally chilled and enjoying every minute of it!

Today was the first day at my new job so I am uploading this post from my mobile, apologies if it doesn't work properly.
What a weekend... I actually stayed sober for the whole weekend apart from Sunday night.
I am pretty excited for this week to be over, starting a new job is extremely exhausting, plus I am going to sokyo at the star on Saturday night... Am so excited to go there!!

Its a little early but since she is celebrating this weekend i am wanting to wish one of my best friends/ doodle heads in the world HAPPY 2%TH BIRTHDAY!!!!
I am going to leave out the number to prevent her from feeling like an old person...I figure if you are still in the 20's you are pretty safe.
