If you dont know by now...i am somewhat of a cheese platter expert...along with my best friend!
We pride ourselves on being able to make the best.
Some helpful hints when prepping your cheese board...
Make sure you have a big platter and a few different cheese knives (no one likes a knife with 4 different types of cheese on it)
* Buy lavosh crackers and also water crackers- best off sticking with plaing because they might taint the taste of the cheese.
* Get a Blue cheese
* Double Brie
* Gouda
* Smoked Cheddar
* Maggie Beer Duck pate
* Basil and Cashew dip
* Semi sundried tomato dip
* Selection of olives - go for Kalamata and maybe some chilli Colossal green olives
* Grapes add some freshness to the plate and also look good.
* Quince paste goes really well with the smoked cheddar or the brie.
Dont cramp your platter, if you can't fit it all one one then spread it over two.
